Welcome to my blog!  I invite you to join me as I travel around the U.S. discovering our parks, our monuments, and our history.  I am especially interested in stories about nature, cultural legacies and women.

I started my travels in late 2016, did a BIG TRIP of four months around the entire U.S. in early 2017, and I’m continuing to explore and learn.
